The Young Affiliates of the Mint invites you to an intimate viewing of Rosalia Torres-Weiner's Day of the Dead Art Exhibition at The Artisan's Palate.

The Day of the Dead (el Día de los Muertos) is a Mexican holiday that dates back to the sixteenth century with ties to the Aztec people of Mexico. It’s a celebration that pays tribute to loved ones that have passed away.

• The exhibition door opens at 6pm. The artist Q&A panel discussion begins at 7:15pm.

• Complimentary appetizers are included with the ticket purchase.

• All proceeds from the event will be used to help offset the cost of Charlotte-Mecklenburg school tours at The Mint Museum.

COVID-19 Protocols for 2022 Charlotte YP Mixer

Since COVID-19 remains ongoing, for the health and safety of our guests, we will follow all state guidelines and regulations for the event. At this time, we are limited to a capacity of 40 attendees. As restrictions are modified, our event capacity may fluctuate. In the event capacity limits are reduced, those who purchase their tickets earliest will receive priority.

Cancellation policy: All ticket sales are final, and the Young Affiliates will not issue refunds for this event subject to one exception. If event capacity limits are reduced pursuant to a local or state executive order in response to COVID-19, those who purchased their tickets last may request a refund to the extent we are unable to accommodate their attendance. This is a "first come first serve" ticket structure meaning if we sell 40 tickets, and event capacity is later reduced to 20, the first 20 purchasers (by calendar date of purchase) will be allowed to attend. The last 20 ticket purchasers are permitted to request a refund through Nov 30, 2022, by emailing youngaffiliatesofthemint@gmail.com Absent local or state executive orders limiting capacity, no refunds will be issued.
